Wild and unpredictable 11-year-old Cyril has been abandoned by his father and is sent to a state-run home. He latches onto a kind hairdresser, Samantha, who tracks down his lost bike and takes him in, at least on weekends, despite his difficult behavior. With Samantha’s help, Cyril struggles to control his destructive impulses and to come to terms with his troubled life.
