Meet the Filmmaker: Producer Jared Goldman and Producer/Editor Jennifer Lee
A tale of suicidal twins who share an eerie emotional synchronicity, that toggles deftly between comedy and drama. When the married Maggie reluctantly allows her estranged, gay brother Milo to move into her home, their intuitive connection re-opens wounds and secrets. Without veering into melodrama, Maggie and Milo demonstrate that being simpatico with someone also allows them to inflict the most painful emotional wounds. Filmed in Rockland County, which is part of the story.
Jared Goldman and Jennifer Lee will be present after the film for a discussion moderated by local producer Declan Baldwin. Declan’s most recent film is Still Alice, for which Julianne Moore won a Golden Globe on Sunday.
