Garry Leavy from Let’s Go Trivia will host a unique Rivertown Film fundraising event at the Nyack Center on Saturday December 11 from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrive by 7:30 to check in, get a good table, download the app, check out the raffles, get settled in, and size up the competiton before the games begin. Doors open at 7:00
Let’s Go Trivia is a fun, fast paced trivia game played in small groups using your smart phone, though you can also play alone. Test your trivia knowledge on diverse topics including film, of course. It has a simple format. Fifty multiple-choice questions cover a wide range of entertaining topics — so there’s always a little something for everyone! Players answer questions on their phones or other devices. The questions are timed, and as the time ticks down, so does the point value…so answer quickly! The team with the most points after 50 questions is the winner!
Trivia Night is a fun filled event to benefit Rivertown Film, which hasn’t been able to hold a live fundraiser in two years and is now celebrating it’s 20th year of operation. Please join us and bring a friend or two to form a team. Seating will be limited in order to maintain social distance.
