Single 1-Year Memberships are $60.00
Dual 1-Year Memberships are $100.00
Single 2-Year Memberships (with 2 extra months, free) are $120.00
Dual 2-Year Memberships (with 2 extra months, free) are $200.00
On the following pages used for ordering your membership, the “shipping address” is what we use for your mailing address. If your credit card billing address is different from the mailing address you would like us to use, please use the “change shipping address” option. If you are purchasing a DUAL MEMBERSHIP, please use the “change shipping address” option and provide the second name on the first of the two address lines.
